I want an internet subscription but my telephone line is not active yet

Your new telephone line must be active, installed and registered in the Proximus database before edpnet can handle your order to activate your new DSL internet subscription.

It is possible that your new telephone line is already installed and active but that the Proximus work order is not closed yet and this means also that your telephone line is not completely registered in their database.

The best way to check this is consulting:

  • in Dutch: www.1207.be (not applicable for private numbers)
  • in French: www.1307.be (not applicable for private numbers)
