What do I need?


Check your current mobile subscription

If you want to switch to edpnet, you can migrate your existing number (for free off course) or you can ask for a new number.  Cancelling your subscription isn’t necessary, this is a fully automated process when you migrate your existing number (and that will start from the moment that your order is initiated with edpnet).  We advise you to check your current contract duration, just to be sure (and please do so, if you signed in for a special promotion with an included mobile phone).

You can indicate whether you want to keep your number or you want to have a new number.  Do not forget to tell us which type of SIM card you need.

If you want to have mobile internet, then you can choose one of our mobile data packages.


Activation and configuration

After your online order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. We send your sim-card and personal details as soon as possible (by post).

You will need to inform our customer service about the receipt of your sim-card. And all you need to do then is … wait for an sms that tells you to put your new sim-card into your mobile phone (if you have a prepaid subscription, we advise you to use your call credit first, before you migrate to edpnet mobile).
