How do I manage my edpnet telephony subscription

Go to my edpnet > My configuration > My Telephony

There you can change/manage your subscription yourself.

You can:

  • Block VAS numbers;
  • Block mobile numbers;
  • Block international numbers;
  • Install voicemail to email: You will receive voice mail messages as a sound file in your mailbox;
  • Install fax to email: You will receive faxes directly as a pdf-document in your mailbox (pay attention, if you activate this feature, you will not be able to use the line for telephony for outgoing calls);
  • Transfer calls;
  • Transfer calls if occupied;
  • Transfer calls if no reply;
  • Install number identification.
