Why does my first invoice mention another amount than the amount on my order confirmation

Your first invoice includes the current month and the nextcoming month.  You always pay before a new subscription period (month) starts.  If you pay on a monthly basis, your first invoices will include two periods/months, activation fee and installation costs + hardware if you ordered these.

The invoiced periods are mentioned in the part 'Subscription cost' on your invoice.
