Why does my invoice appear as unpaid in my edpnet

Edpnet can view your online transaction immediately. Other payments (e.g. bank transfer) can take up to 3 or 4 days until edpnet receives the confirmation of your payment (depending on both your bank and our bank). As from the moment that we've received this confirmation, your invoice will appear as paid in my edpnet

Please do not hesitate to send us a proof of payment by e-mail, paid@edpnet.net, or by fax on following number 03 265 6741, when you notice, after a week, that your invoice still appears as unpaid.
