Why did I receive a reminder and not my invoice

Our invoices are always sent by e-mail and/or by postal mail, to the registered e-mail address and/or postal address in our database.

Only the first invoice will be sent by postal mail, together with the necessary instructions and your subscription details.

To protect our precious environment, we prefer to send the following invoices by e-mail for our residential customers.
The invoices for our professional customers are always sent by postal mail or by e-mail (depending on your choice as professional customer).

Please add our email addresses to your contact list, in order to avoid possible blocking of our mails by your spam filter.

You can check your invoices and credit notes online via my edpnet.  Go to 'My administration' > 'My invoices and credit notes'.
