How do I change from my current provider to edpnet

When changing to edpnet, you need to respect the following steps:
  • Order your subscription with edpnet.
  • As long as your subscription has not been activated, do not cancel contract with your previous provider.
  • When edpnet activates your number, you can contact your previous provider for a cancellation.  Some providers (like Proximus) will proactively inform you that they noted the migration of your number.
