How can I change to a different edpnet subscription

Existing edpnet customers can change to a different subscription, on following conditions:

  • You're already a customer for at least 1 month (ATTENTION: in case of a downgrade, you must be a customer for at least 6 months - unless otherwise determined in the specifications of the subscription);
  • You contact us, by phone or by email, in order to change your subscription;
  • The subscription is concluded for the minimum duration of six (6) months, unless stated otherwise on the order confirmation;
  • The setup fee will be invoiced, unless otherwise determined. A subscription change is possible at the last day of the last invoiced subscription period.
