How do I manage my number display settings with edpnet mobile

By default your number is displayed on the screen of the mobile phone of the person you are calling.

Permanently deactivate number display

To permanently deactivate the identification of your number, please, contact our customer service.

Note! Your number will still be identified in case of calls to emergency services for legal reasons.

Permanently activate number display 

In case you have made a request at our customer service to permanently deactivate the identification of your number, and now you would like to re-activate it, please, contact our customer service. 

Deactivate number display per call

In case you do not want your own number to be displayed on the screen of the person you are about to call, send the code and the number you are going to dial in the following way: 

(#)31(#)[phone number]

Activate number display per call

If you have asked the edpnet helpdesk to permanently deactivate the identification of your number, but you still want your own number to be displayed on the screen of the person you are about to call, send the code and the number you are going to dial in the following way: 

(*)31(#)[phone number]
