How can I forward my calls to another number with edpnet mobile

Activate forwarding

1. Decide in which situation your calls should be forwarded to another number.
2. Make a phonecall to the corresponding code1 and the telephone number to which you want to forward the calls following the procedure below:

If no answer (*)*61*+32XXXXXXXX#
If no network / mobile phone off (*)*62*+32XXXXXXXX#
If busy / in conversation (*)*67*+32XXXXXXXX#
Forward all calls (*)*21*+32XXXXXXXX#

Note: +32XXXXXXXX is a number that you want to forward your calls to. You need to use +32 code at the beginning. It’s not possible to forward calls to international numbers.

Deactivate forwarding

1. Decide in which situation your calls shouldn’t be forwarded to another number
2. Make a phonecall to the corresponding code1

If no answer (#)#61#
If no network / mobile phone off (#)#62#
If busy / in conversation (#)#67#
Forward all calls (#)#21#

In case you deactivate call forwarding to another number, forwarding to voicemail is reactivated by default. Find here how to deactivate your voicemail

1: The usage of these codes is only an option in Belgium and on foreign networks supporting these codes. Depending on your phone you need to use one or two * / # at the start of the code.
