If you choose to get a new phone number
First, place the newly received SIM card in your mobile phone.
Start up the phone (we recommend to change the pin-code as soon as possible).
Tell us your new phone number, and request an activation. Once you asked for the activation your card should be activated within the next two working hours.
If you are keeping your old number
If you currently have a pre-paid subscription, keep in mind that any amount left on the card, will be lost after the number transferring is completed.
After you have received your new SIM card, first contact our Customer Service and request your SIM card activation with transfer of number. Do not install the new SIM card yet. Wait for the moment you lose connection on your old SIM card before swapping the cards in your device.
Please do not forget to change your pin-code.
