How can I (de)activate my voicemail with edpnet Mobile

Activating voicemail

Call forwarding to voicemail is active at edpnet Mobile by default.

In case your voicemail has been deactivated earlier, you can re-activate it taking the following steps:

1. Decide in which situation your calls should be forwarded to voicemail.
2. Send the corresponding code1:

If no answer (*)*61*+32475151516#
If no network / mobile phone off (*)*62*+32475151516#
If busy / in conversation (*)*67*+32475151516#
Forward all calls (*)*21*+32475151516#

My calls are being forwarded to another number, but I want to forward them to voicemail again

1. Decide in which situation your calls should be forwarded to voicemail.
2. Send the corresponding code1:

If no answer (#)#61#
If no network / mobile phone off (#)#62#
If busy / in conversation (#)#67#

1The usage of these codes is only an option in Belgium and on foreign networks supporting these codes. Depending on your phone you need to use one or two * / # at the start of the code.
