How do I manage my edpnet telephony subscription
Go to my edpnet > My configuration > My Telephony
There you can change/manage your subscription yourself.
- Block VAS numbers;
- Block mobile numbers;
- Block international numbers;
- Install voicemail to email: You will receive voice mail messages as a sound file in your mailbox;
- Install fax to email: You will receive faxes directly as a pdf-document in your mailbox (pay attention, if you activate this feature, you will not be able to use the line for telephony for outgoing calls);
- Transfer calls;
- Transfer calls if occupied;
- Transfer calls if no reply;
- Install number identification.
