Change providers - just like that

Here's how it works:

√ Ask your current provider nicely but urgently for your expiry date and notice period .

√ Place your order with edpnet, stating that you already have Internet with another provider (we'll forgive you, honestly). Don't forget to say that you want to activate your subscription with edpnet at the same time as your current subscription comes to an end.

N.B.: we are not able to guarantee an exact activation date, but we will of course move heaven and earth and everything in between to have you up and running as quickly as possible.

√ Send your letter of cancellation to your current provider - sorry, guys - clearly stating the date your agreement expires.

It also works like this:

Start by cancelling your subscription with our competitor (this can take up to 2 weeks, so don't put off until tomorrow what you can still do tonight after watching your favourite soap).

√ Then place your order with edpnet, and don't forget that we can only activate your new subscription with us once the notice period for your current subscription has expired. That could mean being without the Internet for a short while, but then that's a good thing, isn't it? Got a good book?

This way, it works even better :

No time to get typing? Download & go with this standard letter of cancellation.

Can't cancel yet?  Fill form below and we'll remind you when the time comes.

Giving Belgacom the boot? Don't send in your letter of cancellation until you know your likely activation date at edpnet. With Belgacom, you need to give minimum notice of 7 days after the first year of your contract with them. But ask them again, to be sure.

Is your modem compatible with your edpnet subscription? You bet it is. All you need to do is change your user name and password.

Only if you are switching from ADSL to VDSL, you will need an extra VDSL modem, but we know all about that, too. Admit it, we really spoon-feed you all the way.

Tip: the telephone number of Belgacom client services is 0800 22 800. That saves you 10 minutes of searching!
